  • Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, materials, and approvals in a timely manner.

  • Delays caused by missing client materials or feedback may result in project extensions or additional charges.

6. Payments & Billing

  • Payment terms are stated within each project agreement or invoice.

  • Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are due within 14 days of issue.

  • Late payments may incur a late fee of [X]% per month.
